Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in line with brand style and service standards.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture data and convert new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans and applying cross‑sell and upsell techniques.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining showroom standards.
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups; support inventory cycles and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a high‑energy floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling approach to fluctuating business needs.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities.
- Adhere to store policies for POS operation, asset protection and loss prevention; welcome feedback and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling technology.
- Social media literacy and experience with short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred for social selling and client engagement.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays as required by retail scheduling.
- Strong English language proficiency for customer interaction and team communication.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand experience and demonstrated clienteling or omni‑channel sales competency preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
