Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Aurora, Illinois (Chicago Premium Outlets). Join Tapestry's retail team to deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized client service aligned with brand standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into sales.
- Process transactions, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations: receive and process shipments, replenish merchandise, maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor/stockroom organized.
- Adapt floor activity to business needs, manage multiple customers with high energy, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a professional, calm demeanor.
- Follow health & safety and ADA accommodation protocols; perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS operations and mobile POS platforms (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic computer use and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with familiarity or interest in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data-acquisition experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons; able to lift and maneuver merchandise as required.

Minimum one year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and will be valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer‑service training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
