Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, converting traffic into sales while promoting full-price selling and relevant product assortments.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain impeccable store standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment and housekeeping in line with brand directives.
- Participate in inventory counts, loss-prevention procedures and timely reporting of shrinkage or operational issues.
- Support store events, product launches and promotional activity, adapting schedule to peak periods and business needs.
Qualifications
- Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to work a variable schedule during peak seasons.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic numeracy and proven ability to operate a POS system; strong attention to detail for cash handling and transactions.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and the ability to meet sales targets are advantageous. On-the-job training will be provided.
Education
