Retail Management Trainee position at Coach Shanghai New World store in China. Full-time development role in luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and store management activities
- Assist in training and developing frontline retail staff
- Monitor inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive brand engagement
- Support implementation of seasonal promotions and visual merchandising initiatives
