Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and KPIs by coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through proactive clienteling, personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operational management including staff scheduling, cash handling, POS reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Train, develop and evaluate sales associates; conduct regular performance feedback and participate in recruitment and on‑boarding.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, transfers and cycle counts to minimise shrink and stock discrepancies.
  • Implement loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety and local regulations.
  • Analyse sales data and local market trends to support merchandising, promotional activity and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing retail teams and driving sales performance.
  • Experience within a luxury, premium or fashion retail environment preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with an emphasis on personalised service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience

3+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
