Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store and district
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong business acumen and ability to execute forward-planned strategies
  • Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and performance metrics interpretation
