Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven track record of people management and coaching in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Experience with P&L responsibility, inventory management and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into actionable store plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills, with an emphasis on delivering a high-touch luxury customer experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
