Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor/Store Operations Manager in Broomfield, Colorado to drive retail excellence, lead teams, and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and service quality
  • Execute forward-planned strategies and business acumen to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
  • Enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership
  • Create and maintain a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and drive results consistently
  • Proficiency in establishing trust, maintaining integrity, and supporting collaboration
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to internal and external partner satisfaction

Experience
