Coach in New York, NY seeks a Sales Support Associate II to support store operations, inventory and clienteling for its luxury retail boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the store team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and client appointments.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, incoming shipments, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Execute clienteling duties: maintain and update customer records, coordinate follow-ups and support targeted outreach to high-value clients.
  • Operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale transactions, process returns/exchanges and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales and operational reports to store management, monitor KPIs and contribute insight to improve store performance.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, product presentation and seasonal resets.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as payroll timekeeping inputs, staff scheduling assistance and supply ordering.
  • Act as a liaison between store and corporate teams (loss prevention, inventory, logistics) to resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in retail operations or client-facing roles, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory processes and execute loss-prevention best practices.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and high standards for presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, peak retail periods and store events.
