Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality client service and support frontline sales associates to meet and exceed store sales targets.
- Maintain store operational standards including inventory control, stock replenishment, pricing accuracy and loss prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure windows and floor sets reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Operate point-of-sale and CRM systems to process transactions, manage client profiles and follow up on leads and orders.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports for store leadership and regional management.
- Coordinate returns, repairs and after-sales service to uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Act as a liaison between the store and regional teams for product flow, promotional execution and staff training.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail environments, with an emphasis on client service and sales support.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for inventory, cash handling and reporting tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Demonstrated ability to follow brand visual standards and execute merchandising plans precisely.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable experience in store operations, client service and sales support functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, business or fashion is preferred.
