Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to store sales teams, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and support returns/exchanges according to brand policy.
  • Assist with inventory control: receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
  • Support clienteling activities by maintaining client records, preparing client communications and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and deliver routine sales and operational reports to store management; escalate discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and store leadership to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling support, supplies management and liaison with regional operations teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, business or hospitality is a plus.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail with strong organizational and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and polished client-facing demeanor.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applying for U.S.-based roles).

Experience
