Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily leadership of the sales floor and active clienteling.
- Coach, develop and schedule the boutique team; deliver product training and performance feedback to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Drive exceptional client experience by maintaining high standards of service, personalised outreach and after‑sales follow-up.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation and floor moves to ensure alignment with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage operational tasks including cash handling and reconciliation, inventory control, stockroom organisation and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Execute local marketing initiatives, events and client receptions to increase footfall and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, cash security and company policies; act as deputy in the Store Manager's absence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
- Professional demeanour and knowledge of luxury product categories, particularly leather goods and accessories.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail supervisory experience with demonstrated success in team leadership and sales performance; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
