Coach Store Manager - Wuxi, China. Lead retail operations, manage sales performance, and drive brand excellence in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and collaboration within the store environment to promote fair, positive, and inclusive team culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhanced store performance
- Conduct individual team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of store team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and maintain team accountability
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Develop customer-centric strategies and mentor team on clienteling approaches to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level or above
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly; capacity to lift and carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds at times
- Demonstrated retail leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capability
