Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a brand ambassador to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and oversee full operational execution of store business
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify performance trends and implement recommendations for store optimization
- Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and provide high-level training to store team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while holding staff accountable for business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the store and district
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and develop clienteling approaches to build long-term customer relationships
- Support HR functions and conflict resolution for the store team and district in the absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources to foster a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent supervisory experience managing a competitive retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Strong sales and business acumen with ability to execute forward-planned strategies
- Proven experience with team recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training

Minimum 1 year of equivalent supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor or store management level.
