Coach seeks a Store Manager in Tulalip, WA to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a commanding leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and exceed customer experience expectations
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and oversee full operational management of the retail store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store profitability
- Establish and maintain a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration to promote an inclusive team environment
- Implement individualized team development programs to drive improved customer experience and operational performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and key performance indicators aligned with leadership initiatives
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation processes; provide high-level training and coaching to team members
- Provide constructive feedback and accountability coaching to improve individual and collective performance
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational standards with consistency and transparency
- Execute innovative customer experience strategies and mentor team on clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution services to the team and district in the absence of regional leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or higher
- Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and customer service delivery within a luxury or high-end retail environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop retail teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in using retail analytics and sales reporting systems
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or above, with proven ability to drive sales results and build high-performing teams in a luxury or contemporary retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail management certification or training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
