Coach Seattle Outlets seeks a Lead Supervisor / Store Manager in Tulalip, WA to drive retail sales, manage teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and provide high-level training and development to store team members
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to foster collaboration, fairness, and an inclusive culture within the team
- Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives and store KPIs
- Provide constructive feedback and accountability mechanisms to ensure individual and business goal achievement
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance across all team members
- Mentor team members on clienteling strategy and customer-centric approaches to build long-term customer relationships
- Support HR functions and conflict resolution for store team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or higher
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and making performance-driven recommendations
- Strong recruiting and talent development capabilities
Skills
Experience
1+ years of lead supervisory or equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certifications or training a plus

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
