Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Establish trust and support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture within the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
- Create customer-centric environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level or above
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, and customer focus
- Shows drive for results and interpersonal savvy
- Exhibits learning agility and ability to handle ambiguity
- Demonstrates strategic agility, commitment to developing direct reports, and ability to build effective teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams, and implementing store initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
