Coach Lead Supervisor I Store Manager position in Tulalip, Washington. Full-time retail leadership role managing sales, team, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
- Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full store operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for business goals
- Enforce Company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance across the team
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture by mentoring team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent retail leadership role
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch throughout the shift
- Demonstrated experience with sales metrics analysis and KPI achievement
- Proven capability in team recruitment, training, and performance management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level or higher. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, leading teams, and implementing retail initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or college coursework preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
