Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels
- Execute strategic business plans while responding to evolving customer needs and local market trends
- Champion a service-first culture and deliver exceptional personalized experiences through clienteling
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism

Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for leading people and building motivated teams
- Deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences aligned with Coach heritage and values
- Strong business acumen with focus on operational excellence and results orientation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems including labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; familiarity with digital engagement and social media
- Proven ability to build strong vendor and community relationships
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries, with luxury or fashion retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant retail/business qualifications are advantageous but not strictly required.

The successful candidate will be located in Tsawwassen, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 75,000 to CAD 100,000 per annum.
