Coach Store Manager position in Tianjin, China at Shanshan Outlet Plaza—lead retail operations and high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through brand ambassador activities
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of store business
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and enhance store performance through data-driven recommendations
- Recruit, interview, and conduct high-level training of sales team members
- Provide performance evaluation, constructive feedback, and individual guidance to improve team performance
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to create an inclusive, collaborative store culture
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance across the team
- Champion customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level or higher
- Demonstrated ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move product and fixtures up to 50 pounds
