Coach Store Manager position in Tempe, Arizona. Lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and build high-performing teams in this leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness across the store
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and provide high-level training to team members to support professional development
  • Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and performance outcomes
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives, store goals, and key performance indicators
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and accountability measures to improve individual and team performance
  • Ensure store compliance with Company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Champion innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling practices
  • Support HR functions and conflict resolution in the absence of district leadership
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that promotes trust, integrity, and fair treatment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move product, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly
  • Capacity to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and navigate both sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and achievement of retail targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate effectively to diverse audiences
  • Experience with customer relationship management and loyalty-building strategies

Experience
