Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across all retail channels and customer touchpoints
- Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and local market dynamics
- Champion a service-first culture by delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that strengthen customer loyalty
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Recruit, onboard, and retain diverse, high-performing team members who embody Coach brand values
- Inspire and coach direct reports through meaningful feedback, goal-setting, and recognition of achievements
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, payroll administration, loss prevention, and cash handling

- Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to meet business demands while ensuring seamless service delivery

- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background preferred

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity

Experience
1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries, with preference for luxury or fashion retail background. A combination of related education and hands-on experience will be considered equivalent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in business administration, retail management, or related field is preferred but not required.
