Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and productivity targets across all channels
- Execute strategic business plans whilst remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and local market trends
- Champion a service-first culture by delivering exceptional personalized experiences through clienteling and brand engagement
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through clear goal-setting, meaningful feedback, and celebration of achievements
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent who embody Coach brand values
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention
