Coach Store Manager position in Sunbury, Ohio. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in this full-time management role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness across the store and district
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Establish trust and integrity while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and sales performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives to achieve store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as required
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold staff accountable for achieving personal and business goals
  • Create a customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or higher
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong sales acumen and track record of exceeding targets in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing data-driven strategies

Experience
