Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the retail business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and employee engagement
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to the sales team as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for personal and business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute customer-centric strategies and mentor team on clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution assistance to team members and district partners in absence of higher-level leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated competency in courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, and drive for results
- Proven ability in strategic agility, developing direct reports, and building effective teams
- Strong business acumen and execution of forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and KPIs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the Lead Supervisor level. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury or upscale retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
