Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance across sales, profitability, and productivity metrics across all channels
- Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and local market trends
- Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team centered on collaboration and results
- Set clear goals, provide meaningful feedback, and celebrate individual and team achievements
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with Coach brand values
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, loss prevention, and staff scheduling
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers
- Optimize staffing schedules to meet business demands and deliver seamless service
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered
- Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and corporate partners to align on goals and initiatives

Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background preferred
- Demonstrated passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams
- Deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach's heritage and values
- Strong business acumen with focus on results and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems including labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics with curiosity for digital engagement and social media
- Ability to build strong vendor and community relationships with a collaborative spirit
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency

1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Luxury or fashion background is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or business coursework is valued but not required given relevant retail leadership experience.
