Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through customer-centric leadership
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store operations
- Recruit, interview, and train store staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Implement company initiatives, forward-planned strategies, and drive store-level KPIs and business goals
- Establish and maintain an inclusive, collaborative team environment that promotes trust and integrity
- Provide HR support, conflict resolution, and mentor team members on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, and move product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds occasionally and at least 25 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
- Proficiency in sales floor operations and retail business management
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive measurable results
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or higher within a luxury or contemporary retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is preferred.
