Coach Store Manager role in Phoenix, Arizona. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop teams in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness within the store and community
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full operational management of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, make performance recommendations, and implement individualized team development
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive training of store team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels; hold team accountable for business and personal goals
- Ensure team compliance with all company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Develop customer-centric culture through clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for store team members
- Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor or equivalent management level
- Proven ability to establish trust and maintain integrity within a team environment
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales data and implement performance strategies
- Demonstrated skill in recruiting, training, and developing retail team members
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or higher. Background in luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer goods preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
