Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity targets across all channels.
- Translate and execute strategic business plans while adapting to local market trends and customer needs.
- Champion a service-first culture through personalised clienteling and exceptional in-store experiences.
- Coach, develop and motivate a diverse, high-performing team; set objectives, provide feedback and celebrate achievements.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent that reflects the Coach brand and store culture.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, payroll, loss prevention and administrative reporting.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently meet brand standards and inspire customers.
- Optimise staffing and scheduling to align labour with business demand and peak trading periods.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency and professionalism to protect brand reputation.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community; maintain clear communication with peers and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and develop people, with a demonstrable passion for coaching and team building.
- Track record of delivering best-in-class customer experiences and achieving sales results.
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on operational excellence and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems such as labor management, inventory and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and an interest in digital engagement and social media.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Between 1 and 6 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or service environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred and will be considered alongside relevant experience.
