Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across all channels by executing strategic business plans and responding to local market trends.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing retail team; set clear goals, deliver feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Deliver a service-first customer experience through personalised clienteling and consistent brand representation.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, payroll, loss prevention and staffing optimisation.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet Coach brand standards and inspire customers.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency and professionalism and act as a store ambassador in the local community.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent aligned with brand values and collaborate with corporate partners to align on initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve commercial and service targets.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a focus on sales, profitability and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using retail systems for labor, inventory and sales reporting.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU roles).

Between 1 and 6 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or service environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
