Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness within the community
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of store business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Recruit, interview, train, and conduct performance evaluations for store team members
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
  • Create and execute customer-centric strategies to build long-term customer relationships through clienteling initiatives
  • Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing retail space at a supervisory or lead level
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to execute strategies and meet KPIs
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and identifying performance trends
