Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is a plus

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems such as labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; curiosity for digital engagement and social media
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to build strong vendor and community relationships
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
