Coach Store Manager in Omaha, Nebraska—Lead supervisor role driving sales, customer experience, and team development. $16–$23.75/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within the store to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operations
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive sales results
  • Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to mentor others in clienteling strategy

Experience
