Coach Store Manager in New York, NY. Lead retail operations, sales, and team development at the iconic Soho location. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to success by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels
- Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and local market trends
- Champion a service-first culture, delivering exceptional experiences through personalized clienteling and service excellence
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and results
- Set clear goals, provide meaningful feedback, and celebrate individual and team achievements
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent who reflect the values of the Coach brand
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet business demands and deliver seamless service

Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is preferred
- Passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams
- Deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach's heritage and values
- Strong business acumen with focus on results and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics; familiarity with digital engagement and social media
- Ability to build strong vendor and community relationships
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Luxury or fashion retail experience is advantageous but not required.
