Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, margin, and customer experience targets in line with Coach brand standards.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing team; set clear objectives, deliver ongoing coaching and conduct performance reviews.
  • Drive clienteling and relationship management initiatives to grow repeat business and lifetime value among high-net-worth customers.
  • Manage inventory, replenishment and stock integrity; oversee visual merchandising to ensure compelling, on-brand presentation.
  • Own store P&L: control expenses, optimize staffing, and propose local initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Implement and monitor retail KPIs and sales reporting; translate data into actionable plans to improve conversion and average transaction value.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, cash handling policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with regional leadership, merchandising and marketing teams to execute product launches, events and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within a luxury fashion or premium accessories environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets while managing store-level P&L.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating retail metrics into operational improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a client-focused team.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory control best practices.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury or premium retail.
