Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to deliver outstanding client service, achievement of sales targets and maintenance of brand standards.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure merchandise is curated and displayed in accordance with seasonal directives.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin and availability.
  • Drive local marketing and clienteling initiatives, leveraging CRM and bespoke client outreach to build long-term relationships.
  • Produce and analyse sales reports, P&L summaries and other operational metrics to inform staffing and merchandising decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety regulations and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of achieving sales targets in luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen including experience with merchandising, inventory control and basic P&L management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty.
  • Ability to recruit, train and retain talent; experience conducting performance management and coaching.
  • Fluency in store systems and the ability to produce clear operational reporting and forecasts.

Experience
