Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive coaching, performance management and motivation of the retail team.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to deepen customer relationships and maximise lifetime value.
