Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising and loss-prevention protocols.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive coaching, performance management and motivation of the retail team.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to deepen customer relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stockroom organisation to optimise product availability and shrink control.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training to build a high-performing, service-oriented store team.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, P&L elements and operational metrics; implement corrective actions to drive profitability.
- Coordinate local marketing and store events to increase footfall and brand visibility within the catchment area.
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards and personally engage with priority clients to deliver a luxury retail experience.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level P&L or commercial objectives.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in hiring, training and developing sales teams.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store schedule.
- Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or a related discipline is preferred.
