Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver exemplary client experiences and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set clear performance objectives and conduct regular feedback and development reviews.
- Own the store P&L: manage budgets, control costs, optimise labour scheduling and drive margin-enhancing initiatives.
- Implement brand visual merchandising and store presentation standards to maximise product appeal and conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong clienteling practices and CRM utilisation to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Oversee inventory integrity, stock replenishment and allocation processes, including shrinkage prevention and loss-prevention protocols.
- Produce timely sales and operational reporting; liaise with district/regional leadership to align on promotional and commercial plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and store-level administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail leadership in fashion or luxury goods with measurable results against sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and retain talent; strong people management and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and interpreting sales metrics.
- High standards for visual merchandising and client experience; adept at driving clienteling and CRM engagement.
- Sound knowledge of inventory control and loss-prevention practices.

Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity within luxury or premium fashion.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
