Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and service targets, including daily management of P&L drivers.
  • Develop, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team through recruitment, onboarding, performance management and individual development plans.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience via proactive clienteling, personalized service and long-term relationship building.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives; manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Analyze retail KPIs and local market trends to inform merchandising, staffing and promotional decisions; liaise with regional leadership to execute commercial strategies.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll control, administrative tasks and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
