Role & Responsibilities

- Proven leadership experience in luxury or premium retail with a track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing store-level P&L and retail KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain talent in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Superior client service orientation and expertise in clienteling techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing retail priorities and peak trading periods.
