Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the store team to exceed sales targets, KPIs and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
- Drive daily operational excellence including merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage P&L responsibilities: forecast sales, control payroll and expenses, and implement corrective actions to protect margins.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail talent through coaching, performance reviews and targeted training.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in visual merchandising, product presentation and in-store customer journey.
- Build and sustain relationships with VIP and new clients through clienteling strategies and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare operational and sales reports, analyze performance data and present insights to district/regional leadership.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a retail team in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience managing store P&L, budgets and sales forecasting.
- Strong customer-service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve complex customer situations.
- Organised, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with fluctuating priorities.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, managing budgets and developing high-performing teams.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
