Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the store team to exceed sales targets, KPIs and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
  • Drive daily operational excellence including merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities: forecast sales, control payroll and expenses, and implement corrective actions to protect margins.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail talent through coaching, performance reviews and targeted training.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld in visual merchandising, product presentation and in-store customer journey.
  • Build and sustain relationships with VIP and new clients through clienteling strategies and local marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports, analyze performance data and present insights to district/regional leadership.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a retail team in a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience managing store P&L, budgets and sales forecasting.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve complex customer situations.
  • Organised, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with fluctuating priorities.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, managing budgets and developing high-performing teams.

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
