Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability and KPI targets, including inventory control, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; manage scheduling, performance reviews and succession planning to ensure excellent client service.
- Own P&L responsibility at the store level: manage payroll, shrinkage, expenses and local merchandising plans to maximize margin.
- Drive luxury clienteling initiatives and build long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers through proactive outreach and personalized service.
- Implement corporate retail programs and local marketing initiatives; serve as the store’s ambassador for brand standards and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within fashion or luxury goods, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and financial targets.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and develop retail teams with strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Solid commercial acumen including experience with inventory management, payroll control and basic P&L analysis.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and an aptitude for building long-term customer relationships; strong visual merchandising sense.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.

Typically 3–5+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 2 years in a management or assistant manager role within fashion or luxury retail; demonstrated success driving sales and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or related field preferred.
