Coach Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to meet and exceed sales, margin and service KPIs; own P&L accountability and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
- Drive clienteling and relationship-building initiatives to cultivate high-value customers and grow repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand identity and optimize product sell-through.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and store-level audits to protect assets and minimize shrink.
- Produce timely operational and sales reports; analyse performance metrics to inform coaching and commercial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, store procedures and local regulations; maintain a premium in-store customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in a retail environment with demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail financials including forecasting and basic P&L oversight.
- Experience maintaining luxury brand standards in visual merchandising, client service and store operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced boutique context.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail trading hours.

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in retail, with prior supervisory or store manager experience within luxury or premium fashion preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent vocational qualification in retail management, business or a related discipline.
