Coach is hiring a Store Manager in Natick, MA to lead store performance, team development and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profitability and productivity across all channels while executing local business plans and responding to market trends.
- Deliver a service-first customer experience through personalized clienteling and exemplary in-store hospitality.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing retail team; set clear goals, give regular feedback and celebrate achievements.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent aligned with brand values and store objectives.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, payroll, scheduling, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently meet Coach brand standards.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism and act as a local brand ambassador in the community.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and corporate partners to align on initiatives, sales targets and local execution.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build, coach and motivate teams to achieve commercial goals.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on results, operational excellence and inventory control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer-focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital/social engagement strategies.
- Capacity to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak selling periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks in a store environment.
Skills
Experience
Between one and six years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or service environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

The role is situated in Natick, Massachusetts, USA — conveniently close to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
