Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness amongst internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational continuity of store business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes inclusivity and fairness
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and implement targeted strategies to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives and drive store KPIs
  • Support store recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at lead supervisor level or above
  • Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
