Coach Store Manager position in Nanchang, China. Lead luxury retail operations at Shanshan Outlet with focus on sales growth and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales expansion and revenue growth through strategic planning and customer acquisition
- Oversee store operations and ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service standards
- Collaborate with store leadership to establish and execute sales targets and performance objectives
- Develop and mentor team members through training and professional development initiatives
- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher qualification
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury goods industry experience, including at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Demonstrated professional integrity and leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain service excellence
- Strong organizational, coordination, and team-building skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to manage pressure and take initiative on additional responsibilities
