Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Miami, Florida. Drive sales and lead retail teams with competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$27.75.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store and community
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational effectiveness of the store
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture amongst the team
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and sales results
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members as needed
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor or manager level
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
  • Strong business acumen and execution of forward-planned strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in sales floor operations and merchandise management

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments, preferably at a lead supervisor or store manager level, demonstrating proven success in achieving sales targets, leading teams, and delivering customer service excellence.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training, certifications, or higher education in business management preferred.
