Coach Store Manager role in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a competitive hourly rate of $16.00–$24.75.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increase brand awareness within the store and community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and drive results
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures across the team
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to store team and district in absence of senior leadership
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or comparable level
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated competencies in Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
- Demonstrated competencies for people managers including Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports, and Building Effective Teams
Skills
Experience
1 or more years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor level or higher; proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams in luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent retail management certification preferred.
